Sprannng Breeaakkkk

Well another spring break is here and gone, and this was quite a week. My family and I decided to go back to our home town (Orange County, California) and spend the week there. Our vacation was filled with the Beach, Disneyland, Balboa Island, food, and much more. The weather was in the 70-80's for the most part, so tan lines were made, memories were shared, and kids were yelled at. It was one of the memorable spring break's thus far.
To start off the week, we stopped at Sea World in San Diego first. We rode a lot of the same rides over and over, got wet a few times, and saw Shamu. Half the park was closed off due to seasonal operations, and we didn't see any Dolphins, but it was still an amazing day and a good start to a week of activities!

Next on the agenda, we took a stop at our favorite beach, San Clemente. I got fried, and I now have tan lines of my swimsuit imprinted on my back. We were at the beach for a solid 6 hours, and it was in the 80's and it was so warm, and it was just nice to get out of cold Utah weather. It was also Eleanor's first time at the beach!

The next day was the day we were all waiting for: Disneyland. We got to the park early thinking we had early admission tickets, when we realized we didn't... So we were front of the line, and got on most rides within the first 3-4 hours of the park being open.

Following the next 2 days were also Disneyland days. On Friday we were able to get in the park first, and we immediately went to Peter Pan. By the time we got on the ride the line was 30 minutes long. Then we went over to Hyperspace and began our travel to all the other attractions.

On Saturday, we were able to spend the day in Newps and Balboa Island. One of the many things we were all looking forward to was, Balboa Bars. There's nothing like them. It's simply ice cream dipped in chocolate with many toppings, but it taste so much better than it sounds.

Sunday I spent driving back with one of my friends from Provo, we listened to Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Whitney Houston. This spring break was honestly one of the most memorable because we were literally doing things 24/7. It was a fantastic one to go on, and I'm so grateful my parents did this for my family.
